We recommend to bring:

Clothing
• Shorts (1 or 2 pairs)
• T-shirts (2-4)
• A long-sleeve shirt
• Fleece or sweater & long pants
• Hiking boots or sneakers (many people are comfortable hiking in just sneakers, but if you have weak ankles or like extra support, please bring hiking boots)
• Swimsuit and towel

Miscellaneous
• Sunglasses
• Sun hat (Very important. A hat with a wraparound visor is best, but a baseball hat will do in a pinch.)
• Personal water bottle
• Camera and film
• Flashlight/Headlight (Very important.)
• Notebook/Pencil
• Book

Toiletries
• Sunscreen (Very important)
• After-sun cream
• Small first aid kit (We do have a first aid kit in the camp, but feel free to bring your own as well.)
• Insect Repellent
• Prescription Drugs
• Toothpaste
• Shampoo/Conditioner and Soap - Biodegradable
• Personal Hygiene items
• Lip Balm

•Note: There are ATM's in San Jose del Cabo and La Paz - this is the easiest way to get local currency. However, once you are at Huerta Los Mangos the closest ATM is 50 min. away, so you want to come with whatever cash you will need. Generally, there is no reason to bring much money. The trip makes a visit to the home of local artisans, so you may want to bring money if you are interested in buying local handcrafts, such as woodcarvings or pottery.)

Do not bring travelers checks as not many places will accept them (banks often don't accept them).
